1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DRA Events services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

DRA Events provides comprehensive event management services including:

  • Event planning and coordination
  • Venue selection and booking
  • Catering and hospitality services
  • Audio-visual and technical support
  • Entertainment and talent booking
  • Corporate events and conferences
  • Wedding and social event planning

3. Booking and Payments

  • A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking
  • Full payment is due 14 days before the event date
  • All prices are quoted in SAR unless otherwise specified
  • Prices are subject to change until a formal quote is issued
  • Additional services requested after booking may incur extra charges

4. Cancellation Policy

  • 30+ days before event: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
  • 15-30 days before event: 50% refund
  • 7-14 days before event: 25% refund
  • Less than 7 days: No refund

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information for your event
  • Respond to communications in a timely manner
  • Adhere to venue rules and regulations
  • Ensure all attendees comply with event guidelines
  • Obtain necessary permits or licenses if required

6. Limitation of Liability

DRA Events shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Force Majeure

DRA Events is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or civil unrest. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or provide appropriate alternatives.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and materials created by DRA Events remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Photos and videos from events may be used for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
